Under the NHWACT Constitution, the Board of Management (BOM) may appoint ordinary BoM members to fill a range of positions which are
required to assist the BoM to fulfil their responsibilities.
These advisory positions are filled by invitation and at the discretion of the Board on an “as-required “ basis.
